County Fair Pies!

I officially registered for the pie contest. In a last minute decision, I entered three pies! The plum pie, and gruyere onion tart, both of which I have written about. But, the coconut cream pie I've made a couple of times has gotten rave reviews. I don't know if it is contest-worthy, but I figured I might as well give it a try.
